My Process

Step 1: Free Consultation
To begin your Plus1fitness journey, we will start with a free 60-minute consultation to get to know each other and establish if we are a good fit for one another. During this time, we will discuss your goals, lifestyle habits, past and present exercise & nutrition experiences, along with your preferences. We will also take measurements & initial pictures.

Step 2: Movement Screening & Health Assessment
To ensure you get a custom training and nutrition plan that will work for you, we will conduct a movement screening and health assessment to assess your current level of health & fitness. Everyone's body is different, so there isn't a one-size-fits-all blueprint for a healthy balanced lifestyle. Your age, gender, body type, and past experiences must be considered to provide you with an effective, easy-to-follow program tailored specifically to your needs.

Step 3: Building Blocks
To allow me to set you up for a fail-proof approach over the next 7 sessions, we will build rapport while focusing on 4 essential components which will help you improve your vitality, muscle definition, fat loss ability, movement, & daily life.
These components include:
Strength & Physical Structure
Cardio & Conditioning
Stability & Joint Integrity
Flexibility & Range of Motion

Step 4: Custom Program
A complete individualized program, nutrition guiding, etc. Working together to build a structured routine that compliments your current work & family schedules.

Step 5: Consistency
This one is on YOU! At the end of the day, you have to be willing to accept the responsibility of re-prioritizing values, making changes, discarding excuses, & staying consistent. As we go, we will document progress & revisit your goals monthly.
