What can I expect in an average session?
5-10 min steady state movement (treadmill, rower, bike, etc.) while we assess where you’re at that day. Followed by a deliberate warm-up tailored to that day’s goal. Go into the main work for the day with focus & fun.

Yes, my background in PT has provided me with expansive knowledge of past injuries and how they can be managed within a higher-level training regimen. This background also allows me to strategically alter the training regimen to elicit high-level fitness results while maintaining or improving problem areas.
